For fifteen years I studied radicalisation — how individuals drift away from inner balance and become identified with reactive, destructive states. Today I accompany the inverse: helping leaders return to their natural coherence, their purpose, and their capacity for love as an operating principle.

My path holds a meaningful arc rare in the coaching world. Twenty-two years with the Mossos d'Esquadra, nearly fourteen in counter-terrorism intelligence — studying how human beings lose their inner balance and become capable of destruction. Today, I use that same depth of understanding to accompany the opposite process: how leaders return to coherence, purpose, and wholeness.
